This race takes its name from the fact that the runners will bypass this iconic mountain.
This demanding course offers a sublime layout and will climb 3 peaks of over 2,000m; the Col des Essets, the Croix des Chaux and the Grand Chamossaire. Leg-stinging descents and breathtaking views will follow.

The Race Committee does not impose any compulsory equipment.
Each runner is responsible for deciding what to take with him/her. However, it is strongly recommended that runners check the weather forecast to adjust their equipment accordingly, and take at least a mobile phone, a long-sleeved jacket and a survival blanket.
A weather forecast will be published the day before the race.
We remind you that there are no more cups at the refreshment posts, so you will need to bring your own.
