EQUIPMENT

The Race Committee does not impose any compulsory equipment, and it is up to each runner to decide what to take with him or her.

However, we strongly recommend that you check the weather forecast so that you can adjust your equipment accordingly, and that you take at least a mobile phone, a long-sleeved jacket and a survival blanket.

A weather forecast will be published with this in mind the day before the race.

We remind you that there are no more cups at the refreshment posts, so you will need to bring your own
